• PROVALTUR establishes the Project Sales System Philosophy and becomes The Owner/Developer Sales Team Manager. Through the System, the Owner/Developer obtains a strategic source of managerial information from the sales contact data that is accessed worldwide through an internet connection.
• Also, PROVALTUR setup a reporting system to provide The Owner/Developer the progress of the Sales Program, performance, effectiveness of the Marketing channels over sales and a decision making information platform to support the progress of the development based on sales contact accumulated experience during the program.
• The summary of the sales related services that PROVALTUR provides are, not limited to:
• Sales Services - PROVALTUR is engaged to the sale the real estate inventory of the project according to The Owner/Developer's expectations, goals or requirements as agreed in the Sales Service Agreement.
• Contact with sales network associates and strategic partners. Some of the activities are interview, preselection and selection of the sales staff, training, sales activities (DR and Overseas), and sales information management process & reporting to The Owner/Developer.
• Marketing Collaboration & Assistance Activities - PROVALTUR assists the Marketing Department in the understanding that both must act as one team for the benefit of the Project and Sales Program.
• Administration Assistance Activities - PROVALTUR assist The Owner's/Developer's Development, Finance and Legal Departments in activities such as Project Final Master Plan and Sales Phasing Map, Pricing, Strategy, Detailed List of required Legal Documents, assist an escrow or closing agent in the integration to the Sales Process.
