Cesar Herrera

Cesar J. Herrera G., President and Chief Executive Officer of Provaltur International Inc, founded the Company in 2002, following his participation and involvement as founder of Cap Cana, the most ambitious project under development in the DR today. Mr. Herrera is responsible for directing and managing the company's DR business activities and overall business development, including the network of agents specializes in the sale of key properties in the entire DR. Through Provaltur he participated also as a developer and marketing adviser in several developments in some of the best resorts. In 2005 he presented the concept call The Club Residences Collection a brand name featuring luxury communities' joint by a network of privileges. Mr. Herrera is an economist with an international MBA and has been responsible to initiate and direct successful companies in the financial, export-import, retail and hospitality sectors. He is based at the Provaltur International corporate headquarters in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Fernando J. Troconis

Fernando J. Troconis, Director of Provaltur International, Inc. Responsible for managing Corporate Administration and Operations of the DR business activities, including sales and marketing. Mr. Troconis is also Director of The Club Residences Collection - Guavaberry, the first private residential collection branded after The Club Residence Collection - the first multi-destination residential network of the DR. With a bachelor in MIS, Mr. Troconis joined IBM World Trade Corporation in 1981 for 14 years, last five in the Finance Industry. Helped to develop the business areas for a well known DR telecommunications company, and a retirement plans management company. In 2002 joined Cap Cana sales team until 2005 when he became member of the Provaltur's management corporate headquartes in Santo Domingo, DR.
