Cesar Herrera

Cesar J. Herrera G., President and Chief Executive Officer of Provaltur International Inc, founded the Company in 2002, following his participation and involvement as founder of Cap Cana, the most ambitious project under development in the DR today. Mr. Herrera is responsible for directing and managing the company's DR business activities and overall business development, including the network of agents specializes in the sale of key properties in the entire DR. Through Provaltur he participated also as a developer and marketing adviser in several developments in some of the best resorts.   Mr. Herrera is an economist with an international MBA and has been responsible to initiate and direct successful companies in the financial, export-import, retail and hospitality sectors. He is based at the Provaltur International corporate headquarters in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Daniel Diaz

Fluent in 4 languages, Spanish citizen and Dominican resident for over 11 years, with 15 years of experience in Hospitality and Resort Real Estate in several countries. Holds a degree in Economics and  Executive Education in Hospitality Management in the United States.

As General Manager in several Hotels has always focused his performance in guest experience enhancement and has transferred these premises to the Resort Real Estate. As an investment consultant has assisted several hotel chains in the purchase process of land or hotels and has elaborated a number of feasibility studies and due diligences for both European and American developers. 

Currently represents Provaltur Inc. authorized agent for Christie’s Great Estates  at the famous high-end resort development Casa de Campo where he lives since 2.005.
